Changing Personal Information

You can update your sign-up information by using the steps below:

  1. Sign in with your email address and password.
  2. Navigate to your Profile by selecting your photo thumbnail or the Profile icon on the site/app
  3. Select the pencil icon to the information you'd like to edit.
 

In order to help keep your account secure, you may be asked to do the following:

  • Enter your current date of birth and password.
  • Contact us if you signed up more than 90 days ago and want to update your email address or date of birth.

Updating an Email Address

When updating your account information, remember that an email address can only be associated with one account. If your new email address is not being accepted, it may be linked to an account you created in the past.
